Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is receiving initial shipments of COVID-19 vaccines. As each campus receives allocations, TTUHSC is committed to following
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and
Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) guidelines in administering the vaccine according to a phased approach. Please be aware that not all TTUHSC campuses have or will receive vaccines at the same time.
As vaccine doses become available on an ad hoc basis on certain campuses, this scheduling tool has been created to allow those who meet qualifications of a current vaccination phase, as provided by DSHS, to sign up to receive the vaccine, subject to availability.
Please access the tool using the “Log in” link on this page. If you are a TTUHSC employee or student with eRaider credentials, you may then select “Sign in using HSC Authentication.” All others will need to use “Sign in using your Vaccination Sign up Profile.”
Please be sure to complete any necessary consents and other required forms prior to your appointment.
Additionally, please note that at this time, you will only be allowed to sign-up one time. We encourage you to look at the date you sign up for carefully because you will need to be available 28 days after your appointment to receive the 2nd dose.
The vaccine is only for individuals that are 18 years of age or older.
